My brother passed in October last year. He fought colon cancer for 4 years. I was passed angry at the world so I started training again hard too get it out tbh was making it worse. But I had a teacher 20 years ago that showed me some chi-gong but never clicked. I first saw the chi-gong classes and was after seeing you moving that clicked with me because my old teacher moved just different. Since I've joined haven't made a class yet but I haven't missed a day. I'm glad I found you. It has truly helped me I able to make it through the day and be there for my family with a smile.

Within the first month, I was already exposed to Taoist moving, standing, sitting, and sleeping practices. Adam patiently explains each gesture, showing us not only when and how to practice, but also how to adjust according to individual conditions. I'm grateful to be able to integrate these into my daily training routine, as they help me release physical tension, let go of mental stress, and improve my mental clarity for other tasks.

During Q&A and meetup sessions, Shifu answers our questions with care, provides clear demonstrations, and generously shares philosophical teachings, TCM knowledge, and scientific insights behind the practices.

I've been practicing with Adam Chan for a bit over a month. I've trained in a number of other qigong systems but none of them have felt as profound as Adam's teachings. I've committed to a daily practice and I am feeling the positive changes in my life. Adam leads with enthusiasm and a full heart. He is truly inspirational.

Thank you Adam and your support team for all your good work. I have decades of experience with internal martial arts and with qi gong with different teachers and practicing on my own. I am very interested in Adam's experience with qi gong. I've spent the last two decades shifting from a martial mindset to health practices. I respect Adam's martial experience. He's the real thing. Adam's experience with his own health made me curious about his qi gong journey.

I have been practicing Qigong for 25 years and have had a lot of success. However, what Adam Chan is offering is another magnitude altogether. I wasn't looking for something new per se, but I watched one of Sifu Chan's videos on YouTube and was intrigued enough to give it a try.

I joined, followed along with the first recorded video, and got a jolt of energy like nothing else I have ever experienced. I practiced the standing method again a couple days later with pretty much the same results. There is not a lot of difference in this and what I have been practicing, but it is enough to make a world of difference. Bottom line: this is the real deal. I feel fortunate to have found this.
