Sifu Adam Chan
Sifu Adam Chan brings decades of dedicated Kung Fu practice to his teaching. Introduced to Qi Gong at eighteen, he practiced sporadically for years before the discipline took deeper root — for the past six years, Qi Gong has become a central, devoted part of his path.
That journey — from martial cultivation to internal cultivation — shapes how he teaches. With clarity, warmth, and depth, he honors the classical lineage while making the practice accessible to modern life.
Taught entirely in Cantonese, this course preserves the cultural nuances and traditional terminology that give Qi Gong its full meaning.
