Students Experience
“Qi Gong with Adam has become my go-to active recovery. I feel energized after every session, I notice tension sooner and let it go faster, and it pairs perfectly with my Yi Quan and BJJ. I even felt my dan tian for the first time."

The Impact of Practice
“So much benefits. First I noticed lot more energy, no need to take a nap after work. Body awareness increased. My injured shoulders basically healed. I mean they are still loose, i can feel old injury there but pain is gone and motion is better. For exampIe I can hit heavy bag with better control, without pain and discomfort. My posture is getting better and I can feel openness in my spine which tend to be quite stiff for years. All my joints are better now. More space there, better range of motion and more relaxed feeling. Also noticed getting better emotionally. I don’t mind if have to be alone. I really like to be alone, standing, sitting, walking in forest. No need to have anything special to get along with myself. I haven’t been busy since I started to practice. I’m learning that Qigong is really healing art. It’s amazing, still so natural. It’s not always easy to perceive all that sensitivity in me. I´m working in hospital and now see quite clearly how much energy it takes. Thank you Sifu Adam and support group!"
